From the first conversation to a program decision, families have space to share the details that matter.
Begin with the family portal
Summit uses CampInTouch for program applications. New families create an account, choose the relevant season and program, enter participant and family details, and review the terms and applicable fees.
The current published 2027 camp and travel pages list a $500 new participant application fee, with a later deadline increase. Confirm the exact fee, deposit and refund terms for your chosen program before paying.
Help the team know the participant
Summit requests forms and background information that help it understand strengths, interests, social experiences and support needs. Families can share school or professional information they believe is relevant.
After materials are reviewed, the published process describes a conversation with admissions. Summit may ask for more context before making a final enrollment decision.
A decision made together
Summit’s team aims to identify the right setting and peer group for each participant. Families should use the process to ask about supervision, accommodations, daily life and the goals that matter most to them.
The portal provides the application; an early conversation can help determine which program to select.
