Meals are part
of belonging.

At resident camp, meals are served family-style in the dining hall. Campers and staff eat together at their unit tables, with picnic meals on some Wednesdays.

Summit lists gluten-free, vegetarian, vegan and dairy-free options, a nut-free campus, and support for food allergies, restricted diets and sensory food needs. Families should discuss individual arrangements with Summit before applying.

Summit describes a consistent meal routine with hot and cold choices, water stations and flexibility for individual needs. Its published schedule may change.

Meals are family-style; some Wednesday meals are picnics. Super Teens may help serve lunch or dinner as part of their work experience.
