More than a place to eat

The table is part of the community

Campers and staff eat together in the dining hall, usually at their unit tables. Some Wednesday meals are picnics. Super Teens may help serve a meal as part of their work experience.

Summit describes hot and cold choices at meals, a consistent schedule and water fill stations around campus.

Accommodations are part of the plan

Summit lists gluten-free, vegetarian, vegan and dairy-free alternatives. It describes its campus as nut-free and says it works with allergies, restricted diets and sensory or anxiety-related food concerns.

Families can discuss preferred foods, supplements and individual medical or dietary requirements with the team before applying.
