Different roles ask for different skills, but all staff share responsibility for a supportive camp community.

Summit asks candidates to describe their experience in enough detail for a thoughtful review and to provide professional references. The team considers both technical skills and suitability for working with participants who need additional social or learning support.
Counselors, specialists, health professionals and operations staff have different qualifications. Current position requirements should be checked with Summit.
Be ready for camp life
Seasonal positions may involve living on campus, working as part of a close team and participating in orientation before campers arrive.
